Centre Director – Busy Bees at Coorparoo
Location: 41 Harries Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151
Licensed Capacity: 113 places
Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful service at Busy Bees at Coorparoo. As a Centre Director, you will:
Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards
Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the local community
Manage enrolments, budgets, and staffing effectively
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children
Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and professional development
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage operations, compliance, and staff performance
Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
