Licensed Capacity: 113 places
Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful service at Busy Bees at Coorparoo. As a Centre Director, you will:

• Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education

• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards

• Build strong partnerships with families, children, and the local community

• Manage enrolments, budgets, and staffing effectively

• Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children

• Foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and professional development

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)

• Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting

• Strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and compliance requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage operations, compliance, and staff performance

• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card), First Aid & CPR
