What You’ll Be Doing
Building and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, GPs, allied health, and aged care stakeholders
Increasing community awareness of Dovida’s home care services
Attending hospital meetings, community events, expos, and healthcare forums
Collaborating with care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing support
Advocating Dovida’s mission by putting people at the centre of every interaction
