About the role
Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, this position plays a key role in supporting the Service Network and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll be the central point of coordination across service operations, working closely with retailers, service managers, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. This role will see you responsible for:
- Providing administrative support
- Managing and updating service orders
- Updating service order status
- Liaising with retailers and the sales team
- Ensuring system data is accurate
- Order management
- Supporting new system/function implementation
- Liaising with Service Managers and Service Centres
- Monitoring to ensure providers are complying with company processes and procedures
- Creating ad hoc reports and case studies to identify areas of improvement
Selection criteria
To be considered for this role you will;
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Office Suite – essential)
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment, autonomously
- Be results and detail oriented
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Quick learner with ability to absorb new information with a meticulous and proactive approach
