About the Role
We are seeking a warm, organised, and professional Receptionist / Administration Officer to join our friendly team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
You will initially be based in our back office, supporting the team behind the scenes, before moving into our brand-new clinic once it is open and ready.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and callers in a professional and friendly manner.
Managing phone and email enquiries, directing queries appropriately.
Scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and assisting with follow-ups.
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
Supporting the team with administration tasks, reporting, and data entry.
Assisting with customer feedback, concerns, and service queries.
Providing general office support to ensure efficient operations.
About You
You are approachable, proactive, and professional, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and supported. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (healthcare or allied health experience is a plus, but not essential).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
